CATES - Coastal Area Teacher Education Service

CATES promotes the continuing education and professional development of teachers and other educators in school systems in the southeast area of Georgia. CATES is located in the College of Education at Georgia Southern University.

Services are available to school systems including:

PLU Credit Courses, Conferences, and Workshops

Requests from school systems for off-campus graduate courses in their locations are considered using the guidelines provided in the Off-campus Program Delivery Plan ( see pages 3 and 4 of the Plan ).
