Southern's Art Extravaganza
A COE and P-12 Partnership
Southern’s Art Extravaganza spotlights the artwork of exceptional P-12 art students in the region, many of whom are taught by Georgia Southern University alumni. The exhibit is on display in the College of Education’s second floor hallway gallery. Each fall, a new exhibit opens during Homecoming Weekend, and the artwork remains on display for one year. Southern’s Art Extravaganza is sponsored by the College of Education’s Alumni Advisory Committee.
Upcoming Art Extravaganza Events
The 2013 Southern's Art Extravaganza Opening Exhibit and Reception is scheduled for November 10, 2013. Guidelines will be sent to certified art teachers in public schools in the region.
