Center Mission, Vision, and Goals
Welcome to the Center for the Study of International Schooling website. The Center for the Study of International Schooling defines its mission with the belief that colleges and universities should become more international and global in their thinking about teaching, research, service and academic programming. As such, information, networks, and research are three broad and encompassing strands we have considered as our focus:
- The Center will serve as a hub for information for contacts and collaborations.
- The Center will encourage and promote learning from other countries through international travel opportunities.
- The Center will encourage and promote the development of cultural understandings/competences to infuse knowledge and experiences into internationalizing/diversifying curriculum, programs and services.
It is our hope that the information contained on these webpages will inspire you to think more ambitiously about the impact that you might have in Georgia and in the world.
