Interests: Primary research approach is the evaluation of educational programs for organizational effectiveness and accountability. This approach is tiered and collaborative in nature and employs the practices of instructional leadership to prepare scholarly practitioners and researchers. Focus one of the research is on developing/designing, implementing, and assessing educational leadership programs to enhance innovation. Educational program evaluation will be used to assess the outcomes of leadership preparation programs for continuous reflection and program improvement to ensure leadership effectiveness. Program evaluation will explore self-efficacy in the area of student persistence and preparedness within and upon educational learning program transition and completion. Focus two of the research includes leadership preparation to support scholarly practitioners via evidence-based practices. This research focus will explore pedagogy and learning styles in an effort to better prepare educational leaders for the P-20 sector.
