Terms & Conditions
  • Vehicle will be reserved on a first-come-first-served basis. Priority for vehicle requests will be the faculty, staff, and administrators in the College of Education. Therefore we reserve the right to cancel reservations made by non-COE departments and organizations up to 72 hours before scheduled usage in order to accommodate COE-based requests.
  • You will be notified by e-mail whether the vehicle is available for your use.
  • You may pick up the key to the vehicle from the COE dean's office administrative assistant (COE Room 1100) prior to your scheduled departure time. If you need to depart after normal work hours, you will need to pick up the keys before 5:00 pm on the day of your departure. If your departure falls on a weekend, you will need to pick-up the keys before 5:00 pm on Friday.
  • You will need to return the key to the COE dean's office administrative assistant (COE Room 1100) immediately after each use so that others may have access to the vehicle. If you return the vehicle after hours or on the weekend, park the vehicle in the COE parking lot and return the keys promptly at 8:00 a.m. the following morning as someone else may have it reserved for that day.
  • You will be responsible for re-fueling the vehicle after each use.
  • Your department will be responsible for any damages to the vehicle while in your possession. You should inspect the vehicle for damages prior to departure and report any findings to the dean’s office immediately.
  • You are also responsible for removing any trash that might accumulate in the vehicle while in your possession.
