Elizabeth Downs, Ph.D.
Associate Professor of Instructional Technology
Georgia Southern University

Dr. Elizabeth Downs has been at Georgia Southern University since 1990. She received her Ph.D. in Educational Technology from the University of Florida in 1989. Dr. Downs also completed her Master’s in Educational Psychology from the University of Florida. She earned her B.S. in Elementary Education from Florida State University.

 Dr. Downs teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in the
Instructional Technology program. She teaches instructional design and selection, utilization and development of instructional technologies.
