Dr.
Edwards-Joseph is originally from the twin island nation of Antigua and Barbuda
in the West Indies and completed her Ph.D. at North Carolina State University in
Raleigh NC. She has worked as a counselor both the United States and in the
Caribbean. Dr. Edwards-Joseph is passionate about globalization issues and how
it affects the counseling profession. She believes that counselors are in
strategic positions throughout the world, both in schools and in the community,
to serve as leaders in the globalization process.
