Assistant Director for Tutoring Services

Salary: $33,000-$35,000
Duties/Responsibilities:
The assistant director recruits, interviews, and supervises tutors; conducts tutor training; monitors the performance of tutors; maintains timesheets and other documentation related to tutoring; assists with outreach to the campus community; designs and maintains a MS Access database; assists in the evaluation of the tutoring component; produces reports; and evaluates student progress related to tutoring.
Qualifications:
The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in education, social work, or psychology and 1 year of experience in higher education. The candidate must also have at least one year of experience using MS Access. A master's degree in a relevant field is preferred. (This is a grant funded position.)
