Arrington presents at international conference in Spain

Nancy Arrington, Ph.D., associate professor in the Department of Teaching and Learning, attended the Third International Conference on Higher Education Advances (HEAd’17) hosted by the Universitat Politecnica De Valencia in Valencia, Spain on June 21-23. Arrington chaired a session on teacher education, and presented her Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) paper: Examining Preservice Teachers’ Self-efficacy for Enhancing Literacy of Diverse Learners through Music.

The conference, a leading forum for researchers and practitioners to exchange ideas, experiences and research results received over 342 submissions from 51 countries. Arrington’s paper was one of only 108 accepted as full papers for oral presentation at this conference.
