Dan Calhoun, Ph.D., associate professor in the Department of Leadership, Technology, and Human Development, and Lydia Cross, director of the Graduate Academic Services Center and Ed.D. Educational Leadership candidate, presented at the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA) International Conference in Sheffield, UK July 10-13. Their presentation titled, “Partnerships in Advising: Faculty and Professional Staff Advisors Connecting with Online Students,” addressed the increase of online learning opportunities and the need for new models of online academic advisement.
