Charge

1. Develop a process that ensures extensive faculty input into implementing the Faculty Roles and Rewards model that will be effective AY05-06.

2. Develop procedures that will allow Chairs to begin the goal setting process with faculty beginning Spring 05.

3. Develop procedures that ensure extensive faculty involvement in the discussions and/or development of procedures that link faculty workload and COE/university rewards.

4. Examine and recommend to faculty and the Admin. Team possible policy/procedural changes needed to implement the Faculty Roles and Rewards model.
