IRC Patron Form
As we head into our new semester, we are requiring ALL COE students to submit an IRC Patron Information and Agreement form. This form is required to check out books, equipment, or devices from the IRC.
Even if you have signed a form in the past, you must fill out this form for Fall 2015 – Spring 2016 term. It takes just a few moments and you will receive an email PDF as a receipt. Please read the agreement carefully.
