Reading Endorsement: Classroom Teacher of Reading Program
The endorsement program prepares individuals to teach reading at the grade levels of their certification.

The Reading Endorsement prepares you to teach reading at the grade levels of your certification. The program is approved by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission (PSC).

Students seeking to fulfill requirements for this endorsement must complete an admission application through the Graduate Admissions Office. Both new students and students currently enrolled must complete an admission application to earn the endorsement.

For all Online Programs:

Federal Law requires colleges and universities to make certain disclosures to prospective students of these programs. These disclosures include information on the University’s authority to operate outside of Georgia, complaint processes, adverse actions, and refunds.

Professional Certification Disclosure

The College of Education anticipates that graduates of the Reading Endorsement: Classroom Teacher of Reading Program will seek state licenses or certifications.

The program listed above lead to a Georgia Certificate Upgrade. Click here for more information from the Georgia Professional Standards Commission.
