, assistant professor in the Department of Curriculum, Foundations and Reading, presented at the National Association for Multicultural Education’s (NAME)  27th Annual International Conference in Salt Lake City, UT on November 3. Her presentation was titled “Integrating the Past, Living Theories, Practice: Teaching and Modeling a Multicultural Education Praxis.”

NAME is a nonprofit organization that advances and advocates for equity and social justice through multicultural education.
