The Institute’s goal is to support regional/national professional development for STEM teachers via online or face-to-face. We want to enhance the STEM pipeline by developing collaborative partnerships with school districts, community colleges, and universities in Southeast Georgia with the goal of improving transition between these entities and improving engagement through real-world student centered pedagogy that prepares students for STEM-related job opportunities. The Institute sponsors numerous STEM related experiences throughout the year. If you are interested in the Institute supporting your STEM event, complete our request for support document here.
